Life can change directions for whatever reason, sometimes the journey is about taking the side roads. I am here and ready to be your co- pilot. It is my desire to help you create and restore balance in your life. Whether the issue may be; relationship, family, parenting, a loss, grief, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. The focus of therapy is to assist you in gaining and or regaining control of life's circumstances that leave you feeling unable to cope with daily life. Together we can create coping skills.

As, I am trained Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor and a Hypnotist. Together we can find peace and joy in life again. I work with clients struggling with trauma, parenting difficulties, relationship and family issues, divorce, anxiety and depression, loss, unresolved grief, among other issues.
No problem is ever too big or too small to be overcome with the right guidance!
