I enjoy facilitating the process of change to help reestablish equilibrium and recover stability. I have adopted an empowering approach to therapy when dealing with a variety of life issues, from coping with traumatic experiences and events, to dealing with depression an anxiety or managing debilitating emotions which inevitably leads to crisis.

I believe problems helps us adapt to becoming more resilient as we learn to adapt to different situations. Bottom Line…always remember that whatever challenging situation you are facing has a solution or, at least, a manageable approach.
