I work with adults (18+) individually and couples to address stress, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic pain issues and military associated PTSD. I have extensive training and experience working with Active Duty Service Members, Veterans, and Military families. I create a great therapeutic relationship which allows us to work on your struggles in a trusting, safe, and healthy environment. I look forward to beginning our work together. Only Telehealth is offered by phone and video at this time - no in-person office visits due to COVID-19. Techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Solution Focused Therapy, and Alpha-Stim. Let's not just talk about it but get you going again. I specialize in Military lifestyles and chronic pain management. I have specialized training in a wide variety health issues and management of chronic health conditions. Ms. Victoria Bacsardi, LCSW, MAC is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Master Addiction Counselor with over 20 years of professional experience working with both military and civilians. She has worked in a wide variety of settings including hospitals, inpatient and outpatient clinics, and extensive work with the military and pain management. Victoria is available part-time at the Stevenson location.
