As someone that has experienced stress and trauma during childhood, I know the battle can be overwhelming, scary, lonely, and at times feel impossible.

Through Find A Therapist, I provide individual therapy to help you address situations that feel controlling over your life. The goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and reveal the best version of you. My name is Lakeshia Perryman. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider in the state of Virginia. I am also the owner of Healing Hearts Therapy, PLLC.

For five years, I have cared for the clinical needs of adults and youth facing stress, trauma, and addiction. I use a client-centered approach with treatment modalities that include: Neuroscience-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy.
