I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of clinical experience. My educational background includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with a wide range of clients to include school aged children, teens/ adolescents, adults, and families. I have a special interest in working with individuals who have been impacted by traumatic/stressful experiences, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety.

Through counseling, I support my clients in finding their strength and create healthy perceptions. There is no single therapeutic approach for every client, so I use several different techniques to include: cognitive behavior, solution focused, mindfulness, client focused, and trauma focused cognitive behavior.

My passion in life is helping clients maximize each moment of their life by being whole, healed and fulfilled. I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them attain their full potential. It is important for me to help my clients feel empowered and embark on a healing path to overcome their present life circumstance. My counseling style is relaxed, empathetic, fun-filled, and interactive.

I believe that therapy is a professional relationship in which both the therapist and client work together to set attainable goals that best fit the client needs. What you will get from me is a safe non-judgmental place to be yourself.
