I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wyoming. I have served as a counselor for eight years and specialize in life's transitional periods and trauma. I believe in a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy. Therapy can be an incredible tool which lifts the weight of the world and empowers you during times of stress or difficulty. I will help you learn how to work with your brain and body, identify strengths to overcome obstacles, and use your values as guiding principles. The goal is to develop skills which enable you to have a more meaningful and rewarding life.
