My name is Julia Torres, and I have been a mental health provider for over 22 years working with many different clients with various needs. My goal is to provide the very best counseling experience for my clients. I have a master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver and a doctorate degree from the School of Public Service Leadership at Capella University. My counseling space is warm, non-judgmental, and always confidential.
My therapeutic specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Systems, Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy.
