I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience. My counseling style is interactive, and it prioritizes the therapeutic relationship. I think it's important for you to know that I'm a great listener. I encourage my clients to express themselves without the fear of judgment. I've assisted people from all walks of life to help achieve their personal goals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and substance abuse. I also helped individuals who have been diagnosed with HIV to cope with difficult life transitions. Trauma-Informed Care is also addressed with many of my clients. My approach combines Motivational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, and Strength Focused Therapy. I will tailor our conversation and treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
