I am licensed in California with 5 years of professional work experience working with a wide range of clients including adults, teens, and children as young as 3. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My aim is to assist clients in developing the insights to make positive, healthy change in their lives and mental health.
