I am licensed as a Marriage and Therapist and have over eight years of experience in assisting individuals in navigating through life changes and transitions. I have worked with individuals in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and substance abuse. I utilize an integrated approach in the use of modalities such as (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus, Reality Therapy, Client Centered, and Family Systems). I believe awareness is of the utmost importance that motivates change and contributes to mental well-being. While circumstances of life can be difficult to process at times, maintain a healthy mind-set can aid in making appropriate life decisions.
