Congratulations on taking your first step to feeling whole again. If you've ever felt alone, empty or lost, please know I am here for you. You are worthy, you are strong and you can overcome. It is hard to face these feelings alone. We need relationships and bonds to help us through those unforeseen life moments. That's where I come in.
I am a faith based, Christian therapist. For the last three years, I have used a strength based perspective and person-centered approach to guide and empower those hurting to overcome their past shame, hurt, abuse, guilt, trauma, religious trauma and rejection. I empower you with the tools you need to lead your life the way you desire.
We'll work together in a safe place, where you can grow to be the person you always thought you were and are. You will learn how to build strong relationships and to see the strength others see in you.
