Hello and Welcome to my page. I am Yvette Dixon, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I believe that life matters and to that end we have to get busy living it. I am here to help you navigate and find a path that you feel comfortable walking into the foreseeable future. Life can be challenging and downright difficult without support and guidance. Let me be there for you in you time of change/ challenge. YOU are the expert on you and I am here to help you polish the rough edges so that you don't get snagged in the quagmire of life.

I am a positive, goal oriented person who will work with you to achieve the goals that we set in therapy. I have over 10 years of counseling experience. I work with adolescents 18 - 20, young adults 21 - 26, adults, seniors and couples. I am a client centered therapist who uses solution- focused, gestalt, cognitive -behavioral, positive psychology and motivational interviewing to help individuals successfully structure and develop realistic, attainable and measurable goals to work towards.
