Entering therapy takes courage and commitment so it will be my first priority is to create feelings of safety and trust. I believe that you have the innate capacity to heal, develop, and grow. From this base, we can work together to identify inner conflicts, clarify beliefs, and release limiting patterns to support you in living a more authentic and fulfilling life. I work with individuals, adolescents. I treat anxiety and depression, trauma grief and loss, life stage transitions, parenting issues, co-dependency. I am trained to treat PTSD, trauma, and anxiety. I focus on helping patients develop coping skills so that they can successfully manage uncomfortable feelings, interpersonal struggles, and challenging life circumstances. Clients are provided a safe and confidential space to explore a deeper understanding of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. My style is open, compassionate, and nonjudgmental.
