I work with individuals, adolescents. I treat anxiety and depression, trauma grief and loss, life stage transitions, parenting issues, co-dependency. I am trained to treat PTSD, trauma, and anxiety. I focus on helping patients develop coping skills so that they can successfully manage uncomfortable feelings, interpersonal struggles, and challenging life circumstances. Clients are provided a safe and confidential space to explore a deeper understanding of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. My style is open, compassionate, and nonjudgmental.
