I have a background working with trauma survivors, individuals struggling with anxiety/depression, and addictions. I understand the complexity of these issues and how these factors contribute to the burden of worry. My practice modalities include the use of EMDR techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am holistic in my approach, integrating the mind and body. I encourage my clients to consider diet, exercise and spirituality in their daily lives in order to feel healthy and whole.
