I use a much-needed and compassionate approach to integrating traumatic memories in order to become fully healed. As your therapist, I would help guide your present self to reconnect gently with your past selves and the trauma you've experienced. I would act as a bridge-builder between your different selves and allow them kindness, respect, and love.
