The choice to pursue counseling is never an easy path to consider and can be paved with the negative stigma associated with seeking help. However I strive to help decrease the stigma associated with seeking out counseling services. I enjoy helping others gain insight into the issues they’re struggling with and enhancing their ability for personal growth and interpersonal enlightenment. I have a very energetic and charismatic personality that makes building rapport an easy and safe process. I have experience dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, parenting education, couples therapy, and family therapy and all ages. My theoretical orientation is based in Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy, however I do consider myself a holistic therapist, in which I’m able to pull from other theoretical orientations to best fit the needs of my client.
