As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that each individual has the ability to solve their own problems with the proper support. I take a strengths based approach to looking at what behaviors are helping you, and what behaviors may no longer be serving you. I work closely with you to uncover where mental health symptoms are stemming from in order to get at the root of your symptoms. My specialties include attachment based couples and family therapy, addiction disorders, interpersonal issues, and trauma. The modalities I use often are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Attachment Based Therapy.
