I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 10 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, addiction, trauma, anxiety, and disability related issues. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with clients who are neurodivergent, on the Autism Spectrum, or have a developmental disability.
When counseling, I believe that unconditional positive regard is key to building a good therapeutic relationship. I am most familiar with Trauma Informed Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Reality Therapy. However, I try to take an eclectic approach and consider each case individually.
