Hi I am Pamela Lawson. I have a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Houston- Clear Lake. I have been a practicing LMFT for fourteen years. Much of my counseling has been dedicated to those who have suffered with trauma. I have been a counselor and advocate for Crime Victims in Brazoria County, Texas. I work with clients experiencing, depression, anxiety, PTSD, shame, guilt, and anger.
My approach to therapy is eclectic. I tailor my therapy to each individual, making the therapy session unique to each client. Some of the therapeutic modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential, and Solution Focused. Together we will develop a therapeutic relationship which will promote healing and growth. We all experience difficult times in our lives when we feel stuck, overwhelmed, and lost.
