I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working with adults who have intense emotions. My goal is to help you stop the misery and intensity of your emotions by developing skills to survive emotional storms, regulate your mood, improve your relationships, and increasing mindfulness.

I have very strong validation skills and I'm comfortable talking about taboo topics. I show up to sessions with a balance between non-judgmental acceptance and movement towards change. I have a natural ability to help people identify what they are feeling, sense what other people may be thinking and feeling, and I can explain mental health symptoms in an easy-to-understand way. I accept people for who they are. People who know me often say that I am a good listener who can help others feel heard and understood.

During our sessions, you will be provided with the space to speak completely uncensored. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to be heard, deeply validated, and motivated to learn skills to change the parts of yourself that you want to change. There is not a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
