It is difficult to try and sort through our own traumas, painful memories, emotions, and intrusive thoughts while maintaining responsibilities and expectations. You may find yourself feeling disorganized, inadequate, and overwhelmed, which is understandable given the amount of stress and expectations we try to uphold. Whether you have a low self-esteem, relationship issues, depression, or anxiety, I am here to provide support, resources, and insight to guide you along your path to success. As you embark on this new path towards change and growth, you will get to finally achieve goals that are congruent to your values, and become more self-sufficient.
