About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with just under 10 years of experience providing mental health services. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, self-harm and suicide, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and addiction. I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. My goal is to create a safe place where respect and compassion are at the fore front. My approach utilizes multiple theories of counseling as I don’t believe anyone is a “one size fits all”. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
