In over 20 years, I have been fortunate to work work in a wide variety of settings, and with a wide variety of issues and people. This experience has allowed me to gain the knowledge and know how to help those I work with learn how to deal with their immediate issues and gain the tools to lead more independent and healthier lives. I believe in the mind / body connection and teach how one must heal the body and the mind in order to have complete healing and healthy living.
