I am a licensed therapist in Georgia with 10 years of experience working with clients with an array of concerns including substance misuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger management, trauma and emotional abuse. I also work with individuals with personality disorders.

I am a professional counselor who is a good listener, compassionate and nonjudgmental. My approach is person-centered. I utilize a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques to provide a supportive therapeutic process as you evolve into your best self and move toward the life you desire.
