I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri with over 20 years of professional experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I also have experience helping clients cope with life changes. My therapy style draws from Brief/Solution-Focused Therapy (4-8 sessions), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
