Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and a National Certified Counselor. My experience in the behavioral and mental health field spans over eight years. Throughout my experience in the field, I have supported individuals struggling with suicidal ideation, stress and anger management, struggles with self-esteem and racial identity, trauma, depression and anxiety, parenting and marital/relationship difficulties, life and educational transitions, and substance abuse.

Clients seek treatment with me to help them find solutions to repeated problems or patterns, learn coping skills, and address negative thinking. I have an integrative therapy approach that will allow for flexibility and creativity within our sessions. One of my greatest skills is creating a supportive environment that allows clients to talk openly with me. This safe and nonjudgmental environment allows for you be your most honest self.
