I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York, Vermont and Florida. I know the search is daunting, especially when you are in crisis. I’ve created this website to make the search a little bit easier. It’s important that we get this right as research shows that the relationship between therapist and client is an important element for personal change and growth. The therapeutic modalities I utilize to foster a sense of health and wellbeing include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Interpersonal Therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness, Hypnosis, Gottman and EFT.
