I am a holistic provider and believe that skill and will can get us through any problem we face in life. Sometimes, we grow up not necessarily gaining useful tools to part the way to clarity, and for that reason, we may reach out to others for more support. I am here to guide you through those trying times. With a Master's of Education and a professional license in Counseling, I have worked with individuals learning to get through a wide range of concerns, from bouts of anxiety, to depression, grief, work/life issues, relationship issues and sexual trauma. I've worked with students in the school setting, also with children and their families. In addition, I have experience in areas of foster care and adoption.

I will not only guide you through the issues you may be facing, but will also do my best to provide psychoeducation so that you will gain a deeper understanding of how to navigate in the future independently. I will at times, provide an exercise or something to think about and answer for our next session. The work we will engage in will always serve a purpose and keeping an open mind is essential. Every problem isn't always a nail and sometimes a hammer will not fix every problem. I look forward to empowering you with the effective skills to use while on your journey to feeling your best!
