I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and I have several years of experience working with families with anxiety, depression, PSTD, and other life stressors ranging from coping with a chronic illness to going through relationship issues. My approach to counseling is to guide and help you determine the best approach for improving your well-being. I tend to use person-centered, solution-focused, along with cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches; however, I can modify my therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of each client.
