Hey there! My name is Kim and I appreciate you taking the time to read this. I have been a therapist for over 3 years and have been working in the mental health field for a little over 10 years. I've worked in the outpatient and inpatient setting and have experience with people who are struggling with everything from depression, anxiety, body image issues, chemical dependency, life purpose, relationship concerns, and everything in between.

I like to believe this journey is yours and it is my responsibility to meet you where you're at and hopefully help you get to where you want to be. I would be lying to you if I said this is easy, I'm sure even signing up for this service was a challenge, but it is rewarding. My goal as a therapist is to first do no harm and secondly, to help you get to know yourself as best as possible.

My approaches vary from person centered, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and rational emotional behavioral therapy. I will challenge you but I will also guide you through the challenges.
