My clinical experience in working with Veterans, Active-Duty Military Service members and their families, and the general adult population has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to ensure that your treatment is tailored to your specific needs. I will work with you to develop goals and treat target areas to improve your quality of life. I will provide you with treatment that will enhance your ability to cope with life’s challenges and hardships. I work with couples presenting with problems in communication, infidelity, a lack of mutual understanding to include adjustment to deployments, transitions, grief, and trust issues. I specialize in helping you manage trauma, Grief, PTSD, Anger, Depression, Anxiety, self-medicating habits and or Addiction to help you rediscover who you are. I am a LPC, LCDC and have extensive training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotional Focused Therapy and Substance Abuse Counseling. I offer a client centered approach to all my clients. I am empathetic and culturally sensitive to your unique situation. Helping you to make the desired change you seek is one of my ultimate goals.
