I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals. Life has shown up and you might feel depressed, anxious, lonely, or angry. You could be struggling in your relationships. You’ve taken the first step towards self-healing and transformation. For ten years, I have treated clients with depression, anxiety, relational issues, anger issues, addictions, PTSD, and other mental health challenges to make lasting positive changes. Having worked through many of life’s problems and experiences myself, I can empathize and relate to most issues and connect with almost anyone. Working together, we will assess your current situation, process your past, and establish objectives to accomplish your goals. Most issues we struggle with start with the relationship we have with ourselves. When we change ourselves, our issues tend to resolve as well. My clients report they have experienced a revitalized relationship with themselves to resolve their current issues and to better navigate feelings, relationships & life’s challenges.
