Perhaps your difficult experience is anger and rage and this has affected your relationships and communication. Perhaps you find it difficult to remain sober. You have the opportunity to combine your current strengths with new skills and symptom management to improve your life. I offer techniques which are evidenced-based, proven methods. Clients learn and utilize skills to correct their negative thinking styles, use healthy distractions, tolerate distress, maintain sobriety, manage anger with effective communication, live with mental health issues, and to love oneself and others. My specialties include substance abuse, anger/rage management and mental health issues. I will listen and support and educate you with skill, empathy, respect and humor.
