I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider, and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas. I utilize an integrative approach with evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I'm a trauma informed therapist and recognize the impact of trauma and integrate modalities for healing and recovery. I have experience working with adult clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. As a therapist, I understand the struggles you encounter and when you are ready.
