I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience working with a diverse population of clients to address a wide range of issues. Life can present many challenges; relationships end, you experience an unexpected job loss or financial difficulties, loss of a loved one, illness and the list goes on. It can be difficult to see beyond the current circumstances and you might feel as though the walls are closing in. It's during those times that you need support, guidance and tools to overcome challenges in a healthy way.

I specialize in divorce/breakup recovery, focusing on gaining insight, grieving the loss, healing and moving towards a healthy and happy future. I also have extensive experience working with victims of narcissistic abuse and adult survivors of childhood abuse, assisting with identifying how present life is affected by past abuse and helping to move through the healing process and let go of destructive patterns.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from various modalities depending on your personal needs during the counseling process. Whether it's helping you work through past unresolved issues, trauma, abuse or confronting a current challenge; I'll create a tailored treatment approach to help you move forward in life and get back to enjoying the things that matter.
