The decision to seek counseling can be overwhelming and/or intimidating. Sometimes we need to seek help outside family and friends. It is not easy to open up to a complete stranger. I want you to know I have been where you are in this process, and I know finding that connection with a therapist is one of the most important factors to a positive treatment outcome.

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Missouri with over 4 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked with client's who struggle with a wide range of issues that include anxiety, depression, shame, attachment issues, low self esteem/worth, trauma and infidelity. I also work with clients who continue therapy to maintain their mental health. Clients describe it as a "workout" for your mental health.

My approach combines CBT, psychoanalytic and EFT (emotion- focused therapy). I strive to provide a safe and judgement free environment so clients can feel safe in being vulnerable. I believe everyone should feel heard. Investing in yourself and your relationships will be the most important investment in your lifetime.
