As the therapist, my role is to provide support and facilitate greater awareness and thereby foster a more enriching experience. I believe a person enters therapy when their life's circumstances outweigh their ability to cope and the right support can allow them to feel more equipped to manage the challenges they may face. I see therapy as a journey in which a person can explore more about themselves and process their experiences; with the ultimate destination being more than a specific outcome but all the revelations that are gained along the way. I look forward to joining the various journeys of life.
