Hello, my name is Kimberly Madison. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I approach therapy from a place of compassion with the aim to provide tailored support and guidance to help you meet your goals. The most common theoretical approaches I use are Person-Centered therapy coupled with Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I have experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & coping with life transitions. I create a safe and open environment so that communication and rapport are built with ease. I believe that everyone has a story and those stories deserve a safe space to be shared and processed. I believe that our past and current circumstances should not prevent us from living a fulfilling life. I believe that clients are the experts in their lives and should have autonomy in identifying goals. My aim is to come alongside clients to collaborate and to provide support and interventions that best help client reach their goals. Clients should expect questions to help assess areas of concern as well as the opportunity to freely discuss current issues and goals for counseling.
