Throughout my career, I have successfully offered support to individuals and couples navigating through life’s challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, divorce and separation, grief and loss.

I offer Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing along with a holistic approach utilizing meditation and mindfulness. My experience also extends to supporting professionals experiencing compassion fatigue.
