I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, identity issues, specifically for LGBTQ and BIPOC folx, relationship issues, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with care, genuine curiosity about who you are and your experiences, and respect. I practice mostly from a perspective informed by Internal Family Systems therapy and I am EMDR trained. However, I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique needs.
