About

I am a Georgia licensed clinical social worked with 7 years of experience working with clients within the community. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I have experience working with individual diagnosed with depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, and PTSD. I have also worked with assisting clients to adjust to changes within their life and identify their new goals for the life.

My therapy style is transparent, warm and structured. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and my goal is to assist you to uncover your strengths and empower you to improve upon them and lead to living your life worth living. I strive to treat my clients with respect, dignity and positive regard. My approach includes cognitive-behavioral, trauma focused, and person-center therapy. I will ensure that your therapy experience will be specific to your needs and goal for yourself; I am here to support and empower you along your journey of therapy.
