Hello! I have been counseling for 10 years. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Ordained Minister and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety and/or psychological trauma, I want to help you. I do traditional counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy coupled with Dialectical behavioral skills. I also use Biblical counseling for those who are interested in receiving counseling from a Christian perspective. If you need help, I will be here for you. I struggled in the earlier part of my life with depression and anxiety and I was able to overcome those conditions. I believe I can help you find that same healing. Being someone who was diagnosed with a learning disability and ADHD, I have learned along the way that we are not necessarily who other people say we are, but we are - who we believe we are. I have experience in many areas. I have worked with children, adults, those with disabilities, substance use treatment and emergency/crisis services as well as with groups in the hospital setting helping people with psychological trauma. Currently, I work with adults. I also run a Christian nonprofit for those without insurance.
