I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 20+ years in the behavioral health field. I have worked with clients dealing with all sorts of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, communication problems, and trauma. I've worked with clients of various backgrounds and cultures and all ages.

My therapy style can best be described as casual and client-centered. I want my clients to feel comfortable from the start. I find it best when therapy is conversational rather than feeling like a question-and-answer session. This is your time to talk, so let's talk.
