As a licensed clinical social worker, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. When situations in life feel overwhelming, it can be difficult to move forward. It may even sometimes feel impossible to be hopeful about the future. If you are experiencing worry, anxiety and/or panic, grief and loss, fertility issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, crisis, or have been through something emotionally painful, you are in the right place. Along with other treatment modalities, I am trained in trauma-focused CBT. I’ve spent a lot of time working with people who have schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, acute stress disorder, and a variety of other conditions. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions. Together, we will create a strong, comfortable, and safe therapeutic partnership to explore your concerns, create realistic and attainable goals, and promote emotional healing and positive change.
