Do you sometimes feel sad or hopeless but can't seem to 'break out of it'? Is self-doubt or low self-esteem keeping you from setting and achieving your goals? Are your relationships suffering but you can't put your finger on it? Most of us have been there. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to express, explore and process their fears, doubts, negative thoughts and experiences. Healing and recovery is not a linear process. It is not scripted. It requires some work on your part and I am here to support you along the way. I work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues and trauma.
