Are you wanting to improve yourself or your situation, but don't know where to start? Have you been coping in your own ways, but are looking for different or more effective options? I work with my clients to empower them to reach their goals and thrive. I enjoy working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, work problems, ADHD, life transitions, boundaries, self-esteem, and more. My experience in inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings have shaped my use of diverse styles of therapy. I most often use CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy that are individualized for each person. You are in control of your journey to healing.
