Hello and welcome. My name is Kelly Brandsgaard and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Counselor (CCDP-D) in Missouri who is passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself in every way. I have over 10 years experience working with clients from all backgrounds with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. My experience ranges from working in community mental health centers, co-occurring outpatient treatment facilities and as a therapist in private practice.

My approach is warm and supportive, yet straightforward. I believe in providing an open, safe space to discuss the concerns that are holding you back. I use an eclectic mix of therapies including cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, person-centered and motivational interviewing to tailor the best fit for you.
