Hi, I understand it can be scary to start this journey. Opening up to someone puts you in a vulnerable position and this can be difficult for many people. This is why I take a very slow approach to getting to know everyone when they first start sessions. I have worked in a wide range of areas in the course of my career. Included in this is working with first-time mothers, young children, and throughout adult life. I have worked with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and many more. I have worked with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and helped people learn new coping skills. I take a very client-centered approach when seeing my clients. I want everyone to know, I am safe and understanding an individual who does not judge anyone for what has happened. I look forward to working with all of you.
