Hi, my name is Kelly Caleb, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Master’s Level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP) in Florida with over 5 years’ experience in mental health and addiction treatment. I have worked with clients of all ages and am comfortable treating a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa and my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California.
My counseling style tends to include mindful awareness and a solution focus while taking into account each client’s motivation and starting point. I want to honor each person’s experience, lifestyle, value, and views. I use multiple therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, and other approaches in order to create a plan that best meets each individual’s needs.
