Hi there, I'm Kelli. Is anxiety, chronic pain, panic attacks, depression or feeling overwhelmed keeping you from enjoying your life? Are you constantly frustrated and angry with your children? I empower clients with coping skills to understand and manage mental health and life challenges. I will work with you to identify your therapeutic goals and design an individualized approach that meets your needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and alternative approaches to guide you to the place you want to be. I'm a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with over 20 years of experience in mental health in private practice and the school system. I'm also a mom to two grown children and a wife.
